The Good. The Bad. The Ugly.
I bought Tier 3.
The Good:
1. The document was routed quickly.
2. Each signer received an email notifying them the agreement was complete and included a copy of the completed agreement in PDF format.
The Bad:
1. In my first test, the request ended up in the recipient's "junk" folder.
2. The signature was way too tall. Most of it did not show in the final document.
The Ugly:
1. The BreezeDoc branding does seem rather big and ugly to me. However, for those complaining about the BreezeDoc branding, I looked at my Adobe Sign emails. The Adobe Sign graphic at the top of each document is huge. Adobe would probably argue that this gives people confidence about acting on the signature request. Maybe, maybe not.
Suggestions/Requests:
1. I already up-voted other people's suggestions that match my own thoughts.
2. It is a good start at core functionality, but is obviously a very young product. I am trusting it will improve.

As we've mentioned, this is v1/MVP of BreezeDoc... and priced accordingly starting at $9. So we're aware that there are opportunities, and are keeping the price super low to match expectations. You can't buy anything for $9 these days! 😉
Yesterday, we fixed the signature being too tall. That should be working correctly. For your second "bad", it's hard to predict when things land in the spam folder. It's hyper-dependent upon the content in the email, but if you're using default settings that shouldn't happen. We've tested hundreds of email notifications in BreezeDoc, and our quality score is 100% with good marks in all spam testing utilities.
