Q: 3 questions please

1. If I upgrade from the Forever Free Hosting package to a dedicated hosting package with a dedicated IP, can you please tell me which US state the IP’s data center will belong to? I am interested to see if I can get one hosted in Florida.
2. Maybe you already answer this, but Premium Add-ons and White Label are included?
3. Can I use my own email SMTP server instead BD email service?

Thank you

A: Thanks for your questions and for taking the time to check us out! 😊
Here’s a clear and simple breakdown:

1️⃣ Dedicated hosting location
Every Brilliant Directories site includes Forever Free Hosting, even lifetime sites. Our servers are located on the US East Coast near Washington, DC. In real-world terms, this delivers response times and performance that are effectively the same as hosting in Florida.

2️⃣ White labeling & premium add-ons
All tiers support white labeling, so your site can be fully branded as your own.

Tiers 5 and 6 include the top 20 most popular premium add-ons for life, which covers the majority of advanced features most site owners use. Other tiers include fewer add-ons, with the option to add more only if needed.

3️⃣ Email & SMTP
All system emails are handled by your BD site by default, including proper SPF and DMARC setup. If you prefer, you can disable system emails and use webhooks to send emails through your own provider, though most users find the built-in setup more than sufficient.

Please let us know if you have any more questions – always happy to help! 🚀

I have Tier 4. Do I need to upgrade to Tier 5 in order to use the premium add‑on? In the comparison section it appears that Tier 4 is ok. Please clarify what I would be missing by not having to Tier 5.

Another question:
Since my directory focuses on local businesses, is it possible to add and configure neighborhoods as well, based on where a business is located or provides services?
