Q: Questions About Client Access, Branding, and Custom Login
Hi Jason,
I recently purchased the Tier 3 plan to resell Brilliant Directories to one of my clients, and I have a few questions:
1. Is it possible for me to register my client’s email as a "Content Manager"? If I do this, will the client receive any confirmation emails that include Brilliant Directories branding, or can those be fully branded as my own company?
2. Can I set up a custom login page for my client (such as www.company.com/login) instead of using the default https://www.managemydirectory.com/admin/login? If so, how can I do this?
3. Is there any way for the client to discover that the platform they're using is a rebranded version of Brilliant Directories? Are there any areas or notifications where the original branding might show up, either in the admin panel or in system emails?
A: Thanks for your questions and for taking the time to check us out — and congrats on launching your project with Tier 3! 🎉
Here’s a quick breakdown:
1️⃣ Client Access & Branding: Yes — you can absolutely register your client as a Content Manager and customize their permissions. By default, system emails will follow your site’s branding (logo, colors, etc.). For an extra layer of...

Yes — you can absolutely import wedding photographers and later showcase their work with image-based posts.
Here’s how it works: • 👥 First, import the member data for each photographer (name, contact info, etc.) • 🖼️ Then, you can import photo album posts (or create them manually) tied to those member profiles to...

The deal will remain active for a limited time — we recommend locking it in while it’s available. Once you grab a tier, you’ll also have 60 days to fully explore it and make sure it’s the right fit for your goals.

Q: Are there any options to provide users with custom Badges for their website? Like: Capterra, expertise, G2 etc.
I'm interested in creating an industry directory where web users could find the directory and leave reviews about companies that are in the directory. Based on that they could be awarded those "best of" "rising star" "verified" etc. custom badges that would be branded with my directory that we would create custom links for them that go to their listing.
Is this something that is possible / already part of brilliant directories?
A: Thanks for your question and for taking the time to check us out! 💬
Brilliant Directories includes a built-in reviews feature that allows visitors to leave feedback directly on your site. You can: • 🌟 Display reviews on each member’s public profile • 🧮 Sort or highlight members based on star ratings or review count • 🏆 Feature members manually who stand out based on quality or...
I want it to be LIKE capterra, G2, Expertise.com not include them. The value to the members is the social proof, not the directory. So if it's an HVAC directory, I would have my branded HVACPRO badge that they could display on their site, showing their reviews, special awards "rising star" "Trusted source" etc. linking to the directory, is this possible?
Yes, that’s possible! BD includes a built-in Member Badge feature. You can create your own branded badges (like “HVACPRO Trusted” or “Rising Star”) and assign them to specific membership plans. Members can embed these on their own sites, and they link back to their profiles—perfect for social proof and brand recognition, just like Capterra or G2.
If it's for education like skool, then reviews mainly have no purpose, kinda like reddit, bragging rights but no value to a busines. If it's for businesses to publicly display another citation and reference of quality, then your directory should have a proprietary badge that they can display on their site linking to their reviews on the directory?
Great question — Brilliant Directories is built for both use cases. • If your goal is community and education (like Skool), you can disable reviews and focus on content, forums, and member perks. • If your goal is public credibility for businesses, BD supports built-in review features and branded Member Badges that businesses can embed on their own sites — linking back to their listing.
Q: Integration of BrilliantDirectories with Zoho CRM for Automated Property Listing Uploads
Here’s a question you can ask Jason, Founder of BrilliantDirectories:
Hi Jason,
I’m currently using Zoho CRM to manage my property listings and want to avoid uploading property details multiple times. Is it possible to integrate BrilliantDirectories with Zoho CRM so that I can directly upload or sync data from Zoho CRM to my BrilliantDirectories website using the Zoho API?
A: Thanks for your question and for taking the time to check us out! 🏡
Yes — if you’re on Tier 5 or 6, you’ll have access to the API and Developer Tools, which makes it possible to sync property data directly from Zoho CRM to your Brilliant Directories site.
For listings that include photo galleries (like property albums), image data can also be passed through using tools like Zapier, Pabbly,...
