Our use case requires:
Webhook support (outbound events on user registration, listing submission, and payments)
Zapier integration (to connect with external automation tools)
Ability to trigger automations on:
New user registration
New paid membership / payment success
New listing submission or claim request
From the plan comparison, Tier 4 appears to include Zapier integration and Webhook support, but Tier 3 does not, and Tier 5 mainly increases volume limits.
Can you please confirm:
That Tier 4 includes full webhook support (not limited or partial)?
That Tier 4 supports all standard Zapier triggers for users, listings, and payments?
Whether Tier 5 provides any additional automation or integration features, or if it only increases capacity (members, records, etc.)?

• Webhook support and Zapier integration are unlocked starting at Tier 5, not Tier 4.
This includes outbound webhooks for events like new user registrations, listing submissions or claims, and successful payments, along with standard Zapier triggers tied to users, listings, and transactions.
• Tier 4 does not include partial or limited webhook/Zapier functionality — those developer tools are intentionally grouped with Tier 5 and Tier 6.
• Tier 5 vs Tier 6
Both tiers offer the same automation and integration features. Tier 6 simply increases capacity limits (members, records, usage), rather than adding new automation capabilities.
Based on the workflows you described, Tier 5 is the right starting point to ensure you have full access to the developer tools you’ll need as you build and scale.
