Those imported Instant Business Listings count toward your site's total member limit because they become business listings in your directory. They're simply a fast and convenient way to build the foundation of your website without having to create each listing manually.

For example, on a Level 3 site you could import 500 Instant Business Listings, leaving room for an additional 4,500 businesses or members to join your site, for a total of 5,000 listings.
