Q: Emails
ABOUT E-MAIL LIMITS
1. I know there is a 1000 email limit per day. Is this just for newsletters? Or is that ALL messages? What happens if 2000 members of the public want to message profiles? They would not work? What if 3000 people in 1 group want to message people in another group? Would that not work and everything would just... stop working?
2. Can we embed our own e-mail sign up forms for our own newsletter platforms?
3. SendGrid seems to be your only other built-in option. Is there a way to connect others? Popular AppSumo ones are UseInbox, Acumbamail, EmailDelivery... Some people may have their own email servers. What are the options, here?
OTHERS
4. If we decide we want to change the domain/the directory/everything later, can we delete and start over with a completely new idea? Or is it a one-time, one-go thing?

Letâs address each of your points:
1. Daily Email Limits:
⢠The free daily email limit is 1,500 emails per day (45,000 emails/month) included for life.
⢠This covers all types of emails: newsletters, transactional emails, and messages sent between members.
⢠If you need more, additional limits can be added at very affordable ratesâideal if your community grows and youâre monetizing effectively.
2. Embedding Custom Email Signup Forms:
⢠Yes, you can embed your own email signup forms from other platforms into your BD site. This is perfect if youâre managing newsletters or campaigns through another service.
3. Other Email Platforms:
⢠You can export your contacts and use platforms like UseInbox, Acumbamail, EmailDelivery, or even your own email server if you prefer.
4. Starting Over with a New Idea:
⢠Absolutely! You can delete your current project and start fresh with a new directory, domain, or idea. BD is flexible enough to support new ventures without needing to purchase a new license.
