We have a Google Translate Add-On that currently allows for a multi-language website: https://www.brilliantdirectories.com/google-website-translator-add-on

There is not currently functionality to do multiple manual translations and switch between them, but that is certainly something we will consider adding in the future if it becomes a popular request.
