A: Thanks for checking us out and for your questions.

May-July 2021 we've been working on speed updates to improve page-speed scores.

Our goal always is that pages load within 1-3 seconds. And always ask users to email support if experiencing anything higher.

This month, we're working to improve server response times for all BD sites.

This is the main opportunity speed test tools recommend improving.

Also, the next item we're working on enabling lazy loading and deferring off-screen images.

Addressing these two items should dramatically help improve page-speed scores and shift our goal of page loads from 1-3 seconds down to .05-2 seconds of actual page load time.

The software is always improving and currently one of our top priorities (among other roadmap items) is optimizing page-speed scoring.

Thanks again for the question... please let us know if you have any other questions!

Thank you and all the best. Looking forward to seeing the page speed improvements.

Page speed is great, but core web vitals now also includes UX elements such as layout shift and first/largest content paint. Not going away either.

Is that something your team is addressing as well?

Yes, we are always improving the speed of the platform, as judged by 3rd party tools and real-world use cases.
