Q: Questions About Client Access, Branding, and Custom Login
Hi Jason,
I recently purchased the Tier 3 plan to resell Brilliant Directories to one of my clients, and I have a few questions:
1. Is it possible for me to register my client’s email as a "Content Manager"? If I do this, will the client receive any confirmation emails that include Brilliant Directories branding, or can those be fully branded as my own company?
2. Can I set up a custom login page for my client (such as www.company.com/login) instead of using the default https://www.managemydirectory.com/admin/login? If so, how can I do this?
3. Is there any way for the client to discover that the platform they're using is a rebranded version of Brilliant Directories? Are there any areas or notifications where the original branding might show up, either in the admin panel or in system emails?

Here’s a quick breakdown:
1️⃣ Client Access & Branding:
Yes — you can absolutely register your client as a Content Manager and customize their permissions. By default, system emails will follow your site’s branding (logo, colors, etc.). For an extra layer of white-labeling, you can ask our support team to remove BD help links from the admin panel. Just send us a quick message and we’ll take care of it.
2️⃣ Custom Login URL:
Your client can log in directly at:
yourdomain.com/admin
This URL is tied to your domain — no need to use the managemydirectory.com link.
3️⃣ Platform Branding:
Once white-labeled, there’s very little to indicate that the platform is powered by Brilliant Directories. The admin panel and system emails reflect your branding. While it’s still a BD-powered site under the hood, most end users won’t see anything that reveals that unless you direct them to it.
