Q: Regarding Event Tickets & Business Profiles

I saw, you can create tickets for events by using digital products.

Several questions:

- Is it possible to give members different discounts on a digital product. Like a non-member pays full, startup member pays 30%... Can we connect a . roduct to a membership to buy both same time?
- We do offsite events. Therefore we need to print lables for badges and scan a QR code at the entrance. How can we solve this? Is there maybe a connection to a ticketing solution via zapier or woocommerce?
- 5.000 or 10.000 instant business profiles means what exactly? Our members are automatically business, like startups or companies. Are these then the a company each? What is a member then? just one that has access to the platform but no business?

We're an NGO and looking for such a solution. Which looks promising to get rid of Wordpress finally :)

A: Thanks for your questions and for taking the time to check us out! 😊

1. Discounts for Digital Products: Absolutely! You can set different prices or offer unique coupon codes for each membership level. For example, non-members could pay full price, while startup members enjoy a 30% discount. Digital products and memberships are sold separately, so they can be purchased individually.
2. Printing Labels & QR Codes for Offsite Events: Great idea about QR codes! While BD doesn’t have a built-in QR code feature, there are plenty of free QR code generators you can use to link to specific pages on your site. And thanks for sharing your idea – it’s inspiring! In the future, we may explore creating QR codes that link directly to a PDF receipt as proof of purchase for events. For now, you can also connect third-party ticketing solutions via Zapier or embed them for offsite events.
3. Instant Business Profiles (5,000 or 10,000): These are ready-made business listings to populate your directory, helping make your site look established from day one. A member is any profile on the site or a user with a login password, which means startups or companies can be listed as business profiles and manage their own listings.
