The FAQs link on the footer of your website doesn't even work. You have ZERO documentation about how to use your product? Where do you have information about how to use your product in the most effective way? Also, are you still evolving the product?
The email address provided is now bouncing emails. No responses here anymore either. It would be ok if the support email address sent replies. This is a complete mess. Is anyone reading these questions? I see Im not the only one with issues
@gdawg just put in a refund through AppSumo and CC disputes for any upgrades. These guys are frauds!

Hi Hisham, we have had many threads email regarding ou white label of October : we bought tier 4 on Appsumo an still were waiting for the extra 200 credits add, but the support email and your personal email never answered anymore to us … does we have to worry for the 200 credits and the future support of white label in October ? Thanks (Ps hope you were engaged with works, but we bought only to have white label in October and need that 200 extra credits as promise from you, as said the 500 credits system burn the credits too fast in few working days, not in 1 month !) thanks Luke

Ps sorry to tell you that nobody still answer us to our email both @support and @hisham I am a little bit worried not only for the 200 credits, but also for the future suppport we’ll need to work together for whitelabel as we have + 1.000 brands clients and influencers with millions followers network :) thanks hope you were only busy to develop new features, but let me know :)

Hisham founder disappeared and his email come back as non valid email. There is only “Omar” that replyed one time, but he disappeared too and don’t answer email.
@Krookz I would put in a CC dispute immediately. Unfortunately AppSumo is not doing anything since I made them aware of the situation. I hope they boot this fraud vendor from the platform and protect their customers better moving forward otherwise I will buy software elsewhere.
What I really meant after you enter your credit card dispute in is that I most likely will not buy anymore software from AppSumo unless they fix this situation with Btrendy and issue all of us credits at least for the $99 upgrade
I completely agree with you, @Krookz. I've had the same issue with BTRENDY, and AppSumo's lack of action has been incredibly frustrating. A CC dispute seems like the only way to get this resolved. AppSumo needs to take responsibility for the vendors they promote, this situation has seriously shaken my trust. They need to step up and protect their customers against blatant scammers like this.
Please give us a solution for those of us who trusted you and purchased the extra on your website for $99 and have not received a response. I've lost count of how many emails I've sent, and all have gone unanswered.
Hi @Elena17, I’m sorry to hear you got scammed like all of us. I suggest requesting a refund from AppSumo and disputing the upgrade with your credit card. I’ve urged AppSumo to take action against Btrendy and remove them from the platform. I also encourage everyone to tell others to request a refund and leave negative reviews on third-party sites like TrustPilot.
Also, two way better influencer software are EezyCollab, which was on AppSumo, and Click Analytic, which is currently on AppSumo and looks promising. Both are way better than Btrendy, which is 0 tacos in my book

I would love to learn how to use this software and is there a way to show what credit actions will do before we do it?

They steal money why they don't answer definitely refund this product

Yeah I know his email is turned off! I already refunded my Tier 5 Btrendy base software but am fighting for my $99 upgrade still.
Same boat here. Scammed me the 99$ LTD upgrade on their website. Someone need to push this to appsumo team...
