The email address provided is now bouncing emails. No responses here anymore either. It would be ok if the support email address sent replies. This is a complete mess. Is anyone reading these questions? I see Im not the only one with issues

Hi Hisham, we have had many threads email regarding ou white label of October : we bought tier 4 on Appsumo an still were waiting for the extra 200 credits add, but the support email and your personal email never answered anymore to us … does we have to worry for the 200 credits and the future support of white label in October ?
