Q: My login was deleted when your system was updated and no one responds
I have been trying for quite a while to regain access to my Bugpilot account. When your system was updated to the new dashboard (https://www.bugpilot.com/login from https://dash.bugpilot.io/?ref=new-login) in the past, my account was not migrated. I have reached out to your support multiple times and never get a reply.
How can I get access to the service that I have paid for ( Bugpilot License Tier 3)?

Q: I'm sorry if this is a duplicate of any question before.
But I'm currently on tier one, and as mentioned, "Features included in all plans - Unlimited reports", but currently in my account: [Workspace Quota Exceeded You have exceeded your monthly quota of 100 reports. Please upgrade your plan to continue recording sessions] I know the report is still kept logging but I wonder if I did any misunderstanding or may the report will be stopped at any time? The report is created using the custom script as per bugpilot document. As our system has a different language so I wouldn't like to use the default bug report widget for sure.

May 15, 2024A: Yes, you have unlimited reports that your users can report.
But you have a limited number of sessions, which are automatically recorded by Bugpilot.
