Customers are all about BunnyDoc, praising its efficient public form links, quick feature implementation, and instant and reliable email delivery. The cherry on top is its intuitive field editor. There are a few hiccups like email deliverability issues and limitations in the number of templates and public form links, as well as language localization issues. Just small bumps on the road. Weighing the raves against the occasional grumbles, BunnyDoc is hitting the mark and is a solid buy for those in need of a convenient document solution. Plus, with a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving it a try.

Good upgrade, with some small enhancements desired

The signing platform is good. Features I would like to see:
1. Allow the option to force drawn signatures (no fonts)
2. Allow changing signer after envelope sent. If there is any mistake found in a receiver email address later, you will have to void the entire envelope and start over. Most other platforms allow email address correction without having to redo the sending request.
3. Allow update of primary email address. I have changed the email that I used to register the bunnydoc account but have no way to update it.
4. Do not automatically attach audit trail to completed document when emailed or downloaded. Corrections and amin doc opens are not preferred to be shown to the signer.

Thanks for your consideration of these enhancements.

No support at all.

This could be a really good product, but they offer no support. Good luck if you run into any issues, as I have.

Very bad UI and no API support

I purchased it the deal some time ago and tried to implement it a few times. It has encoding problems with various languages, UI glitches and no API unless you pay monthly for it - this should be clearly communicated directly at the deal page.

Hi,

The product was initially designed for English users and later expanded to support additional languages. Some characters from certain languages may not always work as expected. This has been communicated from the beginning, and we’re continuously working to improve compatibility.

We’re also working on a brand-new version of the product, expected to launch in the next few...

Super esignature software

BunnyDoc Review

I'm the founder of a naturopathy educational institute in Quebec, Canada. We needed an e-signature solution to collect consent forms from students and clients before appointments — roughly 100 documents per month. After researching DocuSign, eZsign, and BreezeDoc, I purchased the BunnyDoc Lifetime Plan 3 on AppSumo.

What works well:

• Public Form Links are the standout feature. We generate a unique URL for each consent document and embed it in our appointment reminder emails (via Acuity Scheduling). The client clicks, enters their name and email, receives the signing request, signs, and we're done. Zero manual work on our end. This alone justified the purchase.

• The signing request email arrived instantly and landed in the inbox (not spam) on our first tests with Gmail. This was our biggest concern going in, given reports from other users about deliverability issues.

• The client-facing form is clean and professional. Our logo appears at the top, the title is clear, the interface is in French (a pleasant surprise for our Quebec clientele), and the reCAPTCHA adds a layer of security.

• The field editor is intuitive. Placing signature fields, text fields, auto-fill name, and signed date on our PDF took minutes. Once you understand the drag-and-drop system, it's fast.

• Entrust digital certificates (AATL) embedded in the signed PDFs give real legal weight — important for us.

• The plan includes 1,500 web signatures/month, 10 public form links, and 10 team members — more than enough for a small company.

• Google Drive integration for automatic backup of signed documents is a smart safety net.

What could be improved:

• The confirmation page after the client submits the public form link is in English only ("Action Required - Follow Instructions in the Email"). For a bilingual or French-speaking clientele, this is jarring. A language option or customizable confirmation message would help.

• Templates and Links are separate workflows. You'd expect to create a template once and generate a public link from it, but instead you upload the same PDF twice — once for the template, once for the link. Minor inconvenience, but it feels redundant.

• No custom email domain (sending from @yourdomain.com instead of @bunnydoc.com). This would significantly improve deliverability and brand trust. I hope this feature is on the roadmap.

• The "Powered by BunnyDoc" footer on the client-facing form can't be removed on the Lifetime plan. Not a dealbreaker, but white-labeling would be appreciated.

Bottom line:

For the price of a one-time lifetime deal, BunnyDoc delivers serious value. The Public Form Links + appointment reminder workflow is exactly what small clinics and educational institutes need. The digital certificates give it an edge over simpler alternatives like BreezeDoc. If email deliverability holds up across a broader range of recipients and the team addresses the language/localization gaps, this could be a long-term solution. Hope the company will stay alive. We never know with startup. Still, very promising.

Thank you.
