You can always update the user emails. We can also help you re-apply codes to new team members in the future. You can just write us on friends@butter.us if that' sthe case!

This process needs to be as simple as possible, as with people leaving the team, it needs to be easy to delete and add new users.

Agreed - we're looking into making this super simple. Just didn't manage to build it in before the AppSumo launch.
So doing it manually until we can make it automated 😊
