I have not been getting any response for my issues editing my website for which I still have 150+ credits and annual subscription worth 99 USD or so. A couple months ago, I got into a wierd situation with my credits and creating a fresh look of my webpage, where it appeared as though my subscription is botched up. They responded and fixed the issue but now I have re-encountered the same issue along with a simple edit in my site that is not working and broken my page. They have been quiet for several weeks now and no response after several followups. Besides, there is no way I can cancel my subscription, I have clicked 10 times on cancel and still showing its active. Eventually, I had to cancel my payment card. Can you please respond and fix my issues?
