I honestly don't even know where to start with my frustration with this product.

I purchased Tier 4 for $699, and what the platform is today feels completely different from what I originally purchased. The entire structure of what's included has changed, and the new credit system makes absolutely ZERO sense to me.

Here's the part that really pushed me over the edge:

We used credits already in our account to build a website. We completed the site, went to connect it to a domain and get it online... PAYWALL.

Why?

If I've already purchased Tier 4, have credits in my account, and used those credits to create the website, why am I being asked to pay AGAIN just to connect the finished site to a domain?

And this hasn't happened once. We've run into variations of this several times.

I've contacted support asking for a clear explanation of exactly what our Tier 4 purchase now includes, how these credits actually work, and why we're repeatedly hitting additional paywalls. The answers I've received either haven't made sense or haven't actually answered the question.

My last inquiry asking specifically WHY we're being charged again after using our existing credits wasn't answered at all.

At this point, it's become a waste of both time and money.

The crazy part is that I still have a substantial number of credits sitting in my account. But why would I continue burning through them building websites if I don't know whether I'm going to hit another paywall when it's time to actually put the site online?

That's not a usable business tool for us.

Platforms evolve. Pricing models change. I understand that. But when someone purchases a high-tier lifetime deal, there needs to be clear communication about what changed, what their original purchase still entitles them to, and exactly where additional charges now apply.

Right now, I don't have that clarity.

And until I do, those remaining credits can sit right where they are. I'm not investing another minute building something I may have to pay again to actually use.
