As for agency, here is what we need: 1. whitelabel... having our own brand is what we want our customers to see 2. sub-accounts... we create sub accounts for customers and let them log into their own accounts to see their own statistics. 3. Able to automatically log into the sub-accounts from our admin account. sometimes this is needed to help customers to fix a simple set up 4. integrated with Twilio... So we will be using our own Twilio account and we are able to set the minutes and sms limit with our own plan
