Q: country code

I noticed that currently the default country code is United States, so I would like to know if there is a way to select a specific country code to make phone recall.

Q: Hi, i have a few questions: 1.

How many phone numbers can I obtain for my business in x1, x2 and x3 code packages?
2. Will those numbers be ready to make outbound calls to all the countries displayed in the product description above? Or are those numbers only ok for inbound calls from the territories described?
3. Are mobile numbers available, as well as landline. Both?
4. Can I send out SMS from the numbers I would assign for my business, to any of the territories described?
5. Can i receive incoming SMS to any of the numbers assigned to my business? How will the incoming SMS´s be displayed?
6. As far as "calls" go, is this like Skype numbers with skype credit, so phone calls can be made?
7. As far as calls and SMS´s go, are you simiilar to PhoneWagon?
8. Can your software be embedded into any website or app via iFrame HTML embedding?
9. Does this deal include custom CNAME (calls.mydomain.com) and full white-label (no callback-tracker branding, but my own)

Q: Hello, I have been unable to use the chat.

I tested several times and in all instances when I start a chat there is a message saying that no agent is available.

- I have checked available times and everything is fine
- I am logged in on a different window with my user and I see the active chats but don't get a notification

I have reach you and created 2 tickets without any answers.

Can you please tell me how we get notified about chats and how can we have it on our mobile phone.

Interesting scenario... In this case - you can keep LTD deal under the main account and use Twilio integration for sub-accounts. I hope this helps.

We are trying to define how our system should look like for agencies - switching between the accounts, complete white-label, sub-accounts. Please let us know what makes the most sense for the agency?

Our current agency-clients utilized our system in several ways listed below:
- Adding multiple websites under one account and configure them individually, then bill their clients for our service with their own pricing and margins.
- Creating a separate Callback Tracker account for each of their clients using our Affiliate Program link and earning monthly referral income.
- Use Callback Tracker as part of their Sales Funnel strategy that they present to the clients and our price bundles into the client's Marketing Plan.

Please let us know what makes the most sense for the Agency?
- Sub-accounts
- Complete white-labeling
- Referral program
- Switching between the client's accounts
- Re-selling with your own margin
- Something else

Q: Hello Pavel, Do Callback Tracker support RTL Languages so I can customize the widget in Arabic RTL?

I hope you work on that and put it on the roadmap, you have just to use the rtl.css class there is a free online style.css to rtl.css generator tool which convert the LTR CSS to RTL CSS and here it is:

can i just use this to send SMS messages to my international clients? i mean, without them going to my website and sending me a message first.

2. can i use my google voice phone number with this product?
3. is there a limit to the amount of numbers i can use?

A: Esumoling,

1. You won't be able to send outgoign SMS from our platform. 2-way SMS is a separate product and not part of this deal. But your website visitors will be able to send SMS to you and your agents from our callback widget.
2. Same for phone calls :) separate product.
3. If you are asking about verified numbers (Caller IDs) then you can have at least one Caller ID for each of your websites.
4. To link a WhatsApp - yes, you need to list your personal or business WhatsApp number.
5. Currently we serve in 30 countries listed in this deal (above). Will add more countries as we expand our work with local phone providers.
6. HubSpot integration is on the product roadmap for the next year.
7. We wanted to make sure we can support this LTD since we renew these minutes every month. If your business/agency will scale - you can always enable Twilio integration and remove all the limits ;)

Q: It appears from the appsumo page that chat is included, however in the backend it is showing plans of $20, $40, or $80 a month.

Q: Hi, I've got one code and am setting it up, I'm in Switzerland and am not able to add a Swiss mobile number, ...

I do have a Twilio account with local numbers and one from the UK. I do not have any foreign Mobile numbers... What do you suggest? if that's not possible to manage I must ask for a refund :(

Yes, our widget will call website visitors and ring the phones listed on your side (representatives). You can list 3 different phones for each of your reps.

And yes, a widget can be translated to any local language under Widget Settings.
