I'm seeing no activity from them at all on here.

its a natural progression for sustainability from LTD tp Annual but many sumo lines who missed out in 2020 or who were not part of the community should get a feeling of worth... Lets not forget we are helping each other the best way we can... Don't need 15 agents and all but 400 mins is too damn less for a small business and 700 mins won't cut for any enterprise...

For annual pls revise the mins and calls to 700 - just give that for 200$ for annual renewal.. Pls.

I had to reach out to Appsumo to get support from your team. I want to use your product, but there are some concerns. I love some of the features, but the features you have set on your roadmap are what is really needed. Please give us an update.
