At the moment, callback24 primarily functions through our mobile app for making calls. Regrettably, we do not have an option for making calls directly from a computer just yet.

1. If you want to set Czech as the default language, just head over to your Callback24 widget or popup settings. We do have Czech available as a language option. Usually, our system detects the browser language your visitors use, so they might see the content in a different language depending on their settings.
2. Sorry if the UI and documentation aren't as clear as they could be. We're always working on making things better, though, and we'd love to hear any suggestions you have on improving them.
3. About the <b> tag issue, it should work just fine when you set up the popup on your website. If you run into any problems, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll help you sort it out.
4. If you could let us know the specifics about any problems you've had, it'll help our development team fix them as soon as possible.
5. If you can tell us exactly where the 404 link is, we'll investigate and get it fixed. As for the 500 status error, that was a temporary issue and we've already taken care of it.

Q: Hi, I like the deal but product is like beta testing stage.
1. No way to remove default English language and enforce e.g. Czech for specific service.
2. UI and documentation is cryptic. For example it is not obvious what wiget will be show on site and difficult to understand it.
3. Lot of issues like <b> tag used in the widget but displayed as plain text instead of bold text.
4. Whole android app is one big glitch.
5. Lot of mistakes like download page after installation leads to 404. Saving widget leads to 500 page so much more.
Long way to go before this is usable :(.
