Q: Customisation, White Label & Increase Employees

Hi team, awesome software that you have here. I'm wondering is customisation available e.g own branding and custom domain?

Also is white labelling available to be able to manage different clients' employees? On this note, also is increase the no. of employees on a higher tier / custom plan possible?

Q: Website lists dozens of "features" not mentioned in AppSumo. Does Tier 3 map to "Premium"

There are dozens of "features" on your website that you don't mention in AppSumo.

Are they included?

Does Tier 3 map to Premium?

Or do I only get just the 7 or 8 features you specifically mention in AppSumo and no others?

A: Hello,

The AppAumo plan does not map directly to either Pro plan or Premium plan. And yes, you only get the features specifically mentioned in AppSumo and no others.

If you want to use a feature in Premium plan but not listed here, please let us know.

Q: iOS Mobile App Crashing Issue!?

Hi, I just purchased T2 and started exploring it. The overall build looks very promising, and I believe it could provide great value for my business.

Bug:
When I try to add a team member using the mobile app (Add import from phone contacts), it crashes and closes immediately. I also couldn’t find any way to contact your support team.
How often do you release updates for the mobile app, and when can I expect this issue to be fixed?

You can add unlimited number of clients/job sites to Camelo. Tier 2’s limit of 30 active clients/job sites per month means you can schedule up to 30 different clients or job sites in a given month.

It means you can create as many visits or shifts as needed for those 30 clients (for example, 30 clients × 100 visits each). However, you won’t be able to create a visit to the 31st...
