Not that I've seen. Ai Video editing products are available/have been sold recently. Camtasia is a mix of screencast specific editing and packaging for online training. The other tools seem to focus on reducing time by automating the editing. Camtasia has some great editing features, but a lot of people use other video editing products alongside Camtasia to make special effects easier. PowerPoint content is easily imported into the tool as well. Hope this helps:)
