That specific use case IS included as part of this deal! Our growth plan allows you to create segments.

I also wonder if we can even allow different script injections depending on whether the audience has visited before or not. For example,

If 1st time visitor, show popup
If 2nd time visitor, show chatbot + don't show popup.

To be really clear, Candu works with embedded content blocks, not pop-ups. But yes, you could create different segments for those user types and show them different content.
