Q: Since CANDU is a registered trademark in Canada (for a type of nuclear reactor) you going to use a different name in the Canadian market?

I was thinking Candunada to still keep the same Candu name but after seeing it, Canadu is much better…
I’m not trademark expert but if a trade name is the same for 2 different companies in 2 different industries, nothing really happened legally because there is no conflict of interest?
