Q: Why do Exports not work? Is there no support ny more?

Exports cannot be downloaded - just purple circles and stuck forever.
I tried with 7 different devices, differnet ip addresses, vpns - and then finally tw different accounts .. I even bought a NEW account - and it STILL doesnt work.

I sent sveral emails, tried to reach you on linkedin.. no replies at all..

Q: Can I add a different email than what I login here with? I would like to send emails from a different email

My partner and team send out investor emails together. So I just want to use the admin account.

A: Hi there!

We don’t allow sending emails directly through the platform. This helps protect investor communications and prevent misuse or spam. You can still manage contacts here, then send emails through your own client or by exporting your list.

I have purchased the software and have a few questions :
1. How to filter for Angel investors only ?
2. Do you plan to add more investors to the database? Specifically, I'm looking for French investors and found that the French database is a bit short.

Q: I'm a broker for a start up/company................

I'm a broker for small companies, and I bought a lower tier with the intention of "leveling up" if the product was good. It appears to be what it says, but I can't use it. It asks for my corporate email and such in order to reach out to the individuals/funds. I've reached out to support and to Ralph directly and haven't received a response. Can someone give me a workaround or make some changes so an entire new demographic can become customers? Thank you
