They took advantage of our support on appsumo, promising a lifetime license, and now they've just announced that not only will those who believed in their project by purchasing licenses here on appsumo no longer have access, but more importantly, they won't even get a refund. This is an untrustworthy company, a huge disappointment.
Exceptional Product Limited by Restrictive Policies
Review: I have been using Captain Data for my Digital Agency for quite some time now and genuinely appreciate the product's capabilities. The power of automation it provides has been instrumental in our Lead Generation services. Therefore, it's with disappointment that I write this review.
I currently hold an Appsumo Tier3 lifetime plan, which, while it offers a significant 100,000 tasks per month, does not grant me access to the newer features such as the 'LinkedIn Rotation'. When I contacted Captain Data's support for assistance, I was told to 'upgrade' to a different plan which unfortunately feels more like a 'downgrade'.
This new plan not only offers fewer tasks (25,000 per month) compared to my current plan but also comes with a recurring cost of $300 per month. This seems like a significant downgrade from my existing one-time purchase lifetime plan, and it seems counterintuitive to lose benefits to gain access to a new feature.
The principle that lifetime plan customers like myself are excluded from new feature updates is disappointing. Especially considering we have invested in the platform's potential for a significant length of time. It feels as though I'm being penalized for making a long-term commitment to the product.
In essence, while I have been very satisfied with the capabilities of Captain Data, the restrictive policies on new features have tarnished my overall experience. I'm writing this review with the hope that Captain Data can reconsider this approach and find a more equitable solution for their lifetime customers, thereby truly valuing our long-term commitment.
For now, as much as it pains me, I can only give Captain Data two stars. I hope in the future I can improve this score once these concerns are adequately addressed.

It's difficult to use, and the policy is lacking.

As an AppSumo you have not access to vertex automation.
