Soy cliente activo de Certyfirma y estoy intentando ampliar mi suscripción al plan Startup. Al momento de finalizar la compra, el sistema me solicita obligatoriamente un cupón de descuento para poder proceder, sin el cual no es posible completar el pedido. No dispongo de ningún cupón ni tengo información de cómo obtenerlo. Solicito orientación para poder completar la adquisición del plan.

Certyfirma does not include a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) as part of the standard AppSumo deal. While our platform ensures secure document signing with identity verification and blockchain certification, HIPAA compliance requires specific infrastructure, audit controls, and data handling policies tailored to the U.S. healthcare sector. And this is not included at this deal.

Yes, you can use Certyfirma to sign a contract with "multiple parties", but please note that the AppSumo deal includes a limit of 2 signers per document.
