Q: Love it or hate it my GTD is driven by Microsoft Outlook - my email and meetings are generated there.

How does Chaos Control work with Microsoft Outlook using GTD methodology?

A: You will be import your Outlook meetings and calendar into Chaos Control.

I suppose it's difficult to fully implement GTD without proper Projects, Contexts and a dedicated Chaos Box. So integration with Outlook is going to be best of both worlds.

Thanks for the answer. Can you please provide an outline/guide as to how this would work? Meetings and email are controlled by Outlook - is there a 2 way sync between CC and Outlook? A single time import of the O calendar won’t work. A blog post or a video overview or anything explaining how to run GTD with CC & Outlook working together would help me finalise if I purchase.
Thanks

Hey Peter!

Regarding the video and description of how the integration would work. We will for sure document and create a presentation of the integration when it's out. No particular details available about this now though. The feature is still in its early stage.

Thanks for the reply.
I can't see how to import my Outlook calendar anywhere but import is not a solution. My entire GTD life (including business) depends on my 'calendar' being accurately reflected by Outlook calendar but from what I can tell Chaos Control has no continuous synchronisation to and from Outlook calendar and so I will need to return my purchase (unless this is a plan to add or a way to do this I don't know?).
CC seems like a great GTD standalone isolated solution but I will have to go back to my manual workarounds of using Outlook as a GTD platform as that's a non-negotiable for me as a worker.
