The pros: Good widget customization, knowledge base for customers to navigate directly (need to test more, might have issues), ability to direct customers based on "special instructions" you give it in direct text. You can get a tiny ROI with that, but that is literally it.

Cons: The AI chatbot "training" area is completely nonfunctioning. It does not train on web pages like it says it will, will not train from PDFs or Word documents you give it. My business model COMPLETELY depends on this working, and it does not. Ticket #1530

Any time you click to make updates, about half the time, it bugs out. No, it's not a "connection issue on my end". This was tried in a variety of Wi-Fi environments when other sites are fine.

Devs: Get the crawler and doc reader working ASAP. Top priority for your AI right now. Allow users to bring their own OpenAI API key for credit usage if you're worried about accruing too much credit cost while you're working out the OBVIOUS bugs in the bot trainer. Maybe there is a chance I can give a 5 star review someday if this works like the now defunct Re:tune used to, but looking at the responses here, I don't think I should count on it.
