Good, but needs improvement
I've tried the chat and it's great, but weak widget customization option and absolutely weak new chat notifications. I would like to see an option on the first customer message for the sound to repeat and be noticed by an employee, as they may have phone calls and overlook that simple ding, or an option to upload a custom sound. If you were to add these things, especially notifications, you have no competition. I've tried over 10 chat apps and they all have bad notifications.
If you would reconsider these changes, I would buy again immediately.

Nov 11, 2024Hi Addamz, You asked and we listened. We published in our weekly release last week 6+ custom notification sounds options, along with the ability to repeat or keep ringing till the visitor is attended.
