Great UX. Everything works the way it's supposed to.
I was up and running in 30 minutes, for TWO of my websites.
I've tried MANY chatbots on appsumo and ended up returning them all due to poor UX and/or deal terms. Charla's deal terms exceed my expectations, and it is easy to navigate the dashboard to find what I need.

I can now engage with visitors to multiple sites, and the dashboard allows me to integrate all my communications in one place. I like how my site's visitors are one click away from leaving me a message, or chatting me with directly.

It is super easy to white label and match my site's color scheme also.

Definitely a 5 taco app!
