I will start talking about the support team, specifically Adam. He helped me with the integration in GHL, which I was not able to do on my own at first. He joined a call with me via Teams and in less than 15 minutes found the reason and fixed it.
Charla has exceeded my expectations. We have tried different solutions before Charla, such as Tawk.to or Support Board (also from Appsumo, this last one), and I think Charla wins in something very important: ease of use for the user. It is a beautiful, well-maintained software that works well.
I think the team is trying to push it and they are doing a good job. We have already activated it on our site and we are receiving support messages from now on using only Charla. I also find their value proposition interesting, where they cover the consumption cost themselves, without the need for credits or BYOK. I think having BYOK would be interesting, but I can live without it as long as the system responds so well.
Our clients are happy with the level of attention, and overall, everything works well.
I can really recommend Charla to everyone.
