Very dissapointing experience
I rarely write a review, but this was something I was really excited about, something I really need and where I spend a lot of time trying it and my experience has been really dissapointing.
I ran into so many issues, I cant even believe the positive reviews. I trained the bot with a knowledge base and the responses were so off and wrong that it would be a suicide mission to release this to your clients. Wrong links, wrong prices, invented links to products, confusing products and so many more issues. I thought the issue was my KB, so I deleted it and rewrote it all. Guess what, it got worse. I deleted some information in order not to confuse the bot... he wouldnt forget that information, but not only that, he DID forget about all the information I DID want him to know and stuck with the information that I deleted.
I deleted the property and tried again with a new property, new bot, newly set up KB. Same thing. Improved a little bit but still wouldnt know prices, still would not know the links to the products, even gave me a link that mixed charla.com with my website.
I didnt want to leave a review at first, and left a question. This product will be out of AS in 10 hours, which is a critical timeframe to get more people on board, answering questions, but no reply to any question of the last day or hours. Makes you think that there is no support. If there is no support during their time on AS, you can only imagine how it will go once they are out of AS. Will ask for a refund.

We use OpenAI ChatGPT, so the LLM is pretty strong, but if the training content is not very clear to capture, the chatbot might have issues in the training.
