I have not had any problems with Chatbase. Limitations to it's capabilities because of my Tier which makes me deeply regret not grabbing a higher tier. Been hoping it comes back to upgrade.

I wouldn't trust Chatbase, or ever buy anything from them again, as companies who are willing to their early users won't be bother to look after paid subscribers either when it comes down to it.
I definitely don't blame Appsumo for this, as I've had some amazing deals from Appsumo from companies who don't just keep their promises to the early adopters, but end up over delivering spectacularly. Interestingly, they're always the companies who succeed, and the ones who break promises always seem to fall by the wayside eventually.
Users on AppSumo are heavily restricted and unable to access the latest AI models from Claude. They only allow Tier 2 users to use GPT-4o Mini. It's a shame that companies like this often break agreements and impose all sorts of limitations on AppSumo users.
