While testing,
Firstly, I observed an issue regarding the transition to a human agent. When a user requests assistance from a live person, the chatbot profile, identified as "Bot Name," persists even after the human agent has taken over the conversation. For a more seamless and professional user experience, I recommend that the profile be updated to reflect the human agent's name and image upon handover. This would provide clarity and build trust with the user.

Secondly, I have concerns regarding the "Powered By ChatBotBuilder" attribution. The specific wording might suggest a limited functionality associated solely with automated chatbots. I would suggest exploring alternative branding strategies, such as utilizing the company logo instead of the full website name, to maintain a polished and credible appearance.
