Q: Clarify Grok AI Integration
In a recent AppSumo Q&A response from July 8, 2025, it was stated that all tiers of ChatBotBuilder provide access to the most recent models from Grok, OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, including the 2025 models. However, when I checked the AI model dropdown in the Bot Editor under the Build tab, I only see options for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and OpenRouter. I don't see a Grok option listed.
I’m wondering if I might be missing something in the setup process or if the Grok integration is perhaps not yet available in the dropdown. Could you kindly clarify how a user can select Grok as an AI model for a bot?

Aug 25, 2025A: Thanks for reaching out. You are correct, the direct Grok option is temporarily unavailable. We had to remove it to resolve some technical issues, and we are working to bring it back soon. In the meantime, you can still access all Grok models by selecting OpenRouter from the dropdown. Just connect your OpenRouter key, and you can route requests to Grok through their platform. Apologies for the confusion, and let us know if you need help with the setup.
