Q: Hand off to human
I see you have intercom and crisp integration. However, I don't want another monthy program. Can we take over the chat in real time from Chatbot builder? I would like to do a lot of the customer service within chatbot. Send emails and take over the chats in real time.

To answer your core question: while our platform doesn't currently have a built-in live chat inbox for real-time human takeovers, this is one of our most requested features. I can confirm that a native "Human Takeover" functionality is a high priority on our product roadmap. Our goal is to provide exactly what you're looking for the ability to seamlessly transition from bot to human within our dashboard. The existing Intercom and Crisp integrations are our current solution for users who need this functionality immediately.
Regarding your other requirements, you are absolutely on the right track:
- Customer Service in Chatbot: You can automate a vast range of customer service tasks, answer questions, and guide users directly within the bot.
- Sending Emails: Yes, you can configure the bot to automatically send email notifications (e.g., to your team with a lead's details, or a confirmation to a user) based on specific actions. This is a native feature.
In summary, many customer service and email functions are already built-in. The native live chat takeover is a key feature we are actively working on to make our platform the all-in-one solution you're describing.

This feature is on our roadmap for a future product release. We're still in the planning stages, so we haven't finalized how it will be packaged for our existing customers, including those on a Lifetime Deal. We will announce all the details once they are confirmed.
