Hello
I have noticed a lot of chatbot builders make a great chatbot; however, they cause speed issues. Google is just getting tighter on that.
I have noticed drift, and others are causing this drag on speed.
Not just chatbots but any code, including Google Tag Manager, slows things down too.
I have noticed two that don't and im wondering if yours affects a site speed when the code is added.
I will have to return it if its does so please let me know if you know or not.
