A: Thanks for your question. No, the coupons are not stackable. Each coupon is valid for one account only. Since you already have Tier 3, you would not be able to apply another coupon to your existing account. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Example is Bot9. Because in your present configuration, human agents can not get involved until customer requests through certain command that he want to talk to an agent etc...
