Q: white labeling & seperate log in

I've got 2 questions:
1) What are the additional costs for white labeling?
2) If I make multiple bots (agents), is it possible to assign every bot their own login and 'dashboard'? This for re-selling/managing purposes.

1) White Labeling Costs: Yes, we offer a "branding removal" feature that you can purchase as an add-on. We are currently offering this at a heavily discounted rate of $10 USD per month. This allows you to remove our branding and present the chatbot as your own to your clients.
2) Client Logins & Dashboards: Currently, a single account cannot have separate logins or dashboards for each bot (i.e., a sub-account feature). However, the solution for reselling and managing separate clients is to purchase a separate Tier 1 plan for each client. This approach gives each client their own completely separate and secure account, which you can then manage on their behalf. It ensures total separation between your clients' data and bots.

Yes, you can. In the chatbot builder you can navigate to channels tab and from chatbots section, you can modify the appearance of the bot including logo, colors etc.
