Regarding separate dashboards for each of your clients to log in and check their own stats, I want to be transparent: this is not a feature we currently offer. However, I am happy to confirm that we are actively developing the exact agency setup you're describing. This upcoming feature is a high priority for us and will allow you to create separate user logins for your clients, giving them access to the dedicated bot that is created for them, allowing them login to your chatbotbuilder dashboard where they can view the stats and transcripts for their specific bot.
