SPCteamSteveQ: Why CNAME without branding removal?
I'm not exactly dissatisfied with the bots, but I'm pretty strict about an app 'hijacking' my design space & my clients just for the privilege of using that app. I usually simply find another app. I'm struggling with this non-subtle branding of this chat bot builder, IN MY SPACE.
We have tier-3 and would consider upgrading to tier-4 except for the bold & ugly branding that we would have to pay a ridiculous monthly charge to remove. I almost never complain about the little things... but this, which might seem little, is showing a measure of disregard for OUR branding when we jump in at the higher tier. It isn't the amount of the monthly charge... it is the whole idea of having to pay for that type of 'feature' and the idea that it is being presented as some type of feature at all.
Thinking of refunding simply for this mindset, sorry.

If you analyze the plan all together tier 4 plus branding it would be a total of $10 a month (as long as you add branding in the first 60 days) plus the one time fee for tier 4 and you would have the ability to build 30 agents, 30k messages a month, 50m training characters per agent and have 4 users, use your own CNAME and turn off all branding.
Now if you look at the level of support we provide along with the features and plan level above, I believe it's a great offering. I strongly encourage you to try our support both AI bot and human support and assess whether or not you think our support is high quality. Our commitment is that we will put in the effort to help you and we try to go above and beyond where we can when it comes to support.
Its important to note that an analysis of branding alone is not complete as you have to look at the whole plan and what it would cost to get everything you want. Tier 4 is an extremely generous plan and the only one issue that you have mentioned is $10 per month extra as the branding cost is 75% off for the first 60 days and that rate is locked in.
Seems you pretty much missed my points and treated my issue as a $10 mo concern. We would not pay $40 mo to remove YOUR branding, so discount isn’t legit to us. Removal included in your upper plan, but not here. Come on… really?? Simple ‘muted down’ (grayscale) label… maybe. Why market to OUR site visitors? I placed this here, not in the review section, so as not to affect your taco rating.
