Q: Will 60 days period to purchase discounted add ons reset if I upgrade my tier?
I think I read somewhere in your Q&A that after we have bought the deal, we have 60 days to purchase discounted add-ons like white label. But what if I purchase say tier 2 now and upgrade to tier 3 or tier 4 later on? Will the 60 days still be counted from the day I purchased tier 2 or if I upgrade to tier 3 or tier 4, then the 60 days period will reset from the date of upgrade to tier 3/4 ?
↳ As an e.g. if tier 2 purchased on 7th October → deadline to purchase discounted add ons would be 7th dec .
↳ But if deal upgraded to tier3/4 on 25th October → deadline to purchase discounted add ons remains 7th dec OR resets to 25th December ?

The 60 day period to purchase discounted add-ons, such as the branding removal, begins from the date of your initial AppSumo purchase. This clock does not reset if you choose to upgrade your tier later on. So, using the excellent example you provided, If you purchase Tier 2 on October 7th, your 60 day window to get the discounted add on ends on December 7th. Even if you upgrade to Tier 3 or 4 on October 25th, the deadline to purchase the add on remains December 7th.
Crucially, please also note that the add on itself must be purchased while our main deal is still live on the AppSumo platform. We recommend securing any add ons you need well within that timeframe to take advantage of the special pricing.
