Chatbot Builder Reviews

We bought 3 codes and generally I'm very happy with it so far.
What it needs to be complete is:
- A way of telling WHEN a chatbot interaction happened. Currently the archive just lists things chronologically with no way of telling how recent an interaction occured.
- Needs some way to filter the chatbot interaction archive by date range or keyword.

I have been looking for a bot builder I can connect to my site and social channels, so I was super happy when I saw this deal. I chose the Tier 2 package, and within a few hours, I've trained and set up my bot everywhere; it's such a straightforward process. I could train it by website crawling and by adding text and files. I could easily adjust the avatar and branding ( this is one of my pet peeves). I connected live agents (via an external app), so in case there are enquiries where the bot is not the best solution, I can get notified and jump on the chat with the client. This will make life so much easier. I highly recommend it. Thank you ChatbotBuilder.

You’ve just gained a long-term customer I’ll definitely be upgrading to higher tiers and purchasing more. It’s rare to find a platform that not only delivers on its promises but actually goes beyond expectations.

The chatbot is top quality, the interface is excellent, and the platform itself is highly sophisticated. On top of that, the customer experience has been outstanding for both me and my clients.

Unlike many other platforms, the chatbot builder here actually works something that should be a basic expectation, but is too often not the case.

The tool is very well thought out and I was able to set it up pretty quickly. I generally don't have any problems with this deal when it comes to the software, but I do with the deal itself.
The issue I'm having is locking the entire "Advanced" settings section.
Choosing an icon, the icon alignment and especially the color are definitely not something to be considered as advanced, but more like basic features that should be there for all the tiers.
Even though it's uncommon here on Appsumo not to have an option to hide the branding, let alone not to have a white label option on a higher tier, I am completely OK with that decision, but not to be able to at least change the color of the icon to match the website's colors seems like a very bad decision, especially since this is not even available on the highest tier.

All in all, a good tool if you are OK with the things I mentioned, but compared to other AppSumo deals available (Charla, Thrivedesk, Release0), I believe they offer much more value like branding removal and whitelabeling (Some even offer this at tier 1).

Good luck with the further development and I hope you'll rethink at least some of the things I mentioned in order to make this deal more appealing. :)

Thank you for such a quick reply. I sent how it looked not being able to access the advanced settings section and the support enabled it for me. Because of a swift and pleasant response and resolution, I'm raising my rating to 5 tacos.

I purchased ChatbotBuilder through AppSumo (Tier 2) and overall I’m very impressed.

The product is easy to install, intuitive to use, and delivers exactly what I need for my business. The integrations are straightforward, and the fact that it is GDPR-compliant gives me peace of mind when working with clients in Europe.

What I appreciate most is how quickly you can set up a functional chatbot without any coding skills. For coaches, consultants, or small business owners, it’s a very practical solution.

The only downside for me is that whitelabeling requires an additional $10/month. For me, this feels like a hidden subscription model, and I would have wished this feature to be included in the AppSumo offer.

All in all, this is a strong platform with great potential, and I’m quite happy with my purchase.
