Limited Support - Unpredictable Results

The folks at chatbot builder did end up reaching out and giving me excellent support and fixed the issue that was my concern. I still find the builder unpredictable and hard to train, especially when compared to other platforms out there. Maybe this improves over time. They do seem to be actively adding new features. But ChatBot builder support did come through and help in the end. So I will increase my rating from 2 to 3 tacos.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I have tried to make three different chat bots with ChatBotBuilder. And each one has led to utter frustration and eventual abandonment. There is always and issue. And when I try to fix one issue another one starts. It is a never ending chasing of issues. It honestly never stopped. I and I am not trying to make anything fancy. I uploaded content, gave it the sitemap. Told it not to use any source than that provided and it still gives out false information.
And trying to teach it how to link to page is next to impossible. I want links to not be URLS. And I want the links to be on separate lines. If I get it to put the right text for the link, it ends up putting it all on the same line, so I get 2-3 links all in one sentence. Half the time is just said click here and there was nothing to click.
I have had it with trying. I am just chasing my tail. This is not ready for primetime. It can't do basic FAQs. I haven't even tried anything close to advanced. And I won't. I am not using this any more. Don't recommend it to anyone.
Oh, and it is also very difficult to get in touch with customer support. They have a worthless AI bot assistant. But hide (or don't have) any way to get real person.

Great Features But Bad Support
Honestly it is a purpose-built AI chatbot builder so I respect that. Better than any other one's I've tried. However, support is lacking. The simple built-in feature of linking Calendy doesn't even work. The booking triggers, but when I click the Calendy button, nothing happens. I've started 3 chats in the last 7 days on the same topic (because each one throws me to live chat and nothing happens either). I have no clue how to get it to work and no idea how to get support. Looks like I will wait another week and then probably request a refund.
It's very ironic because the one thing the product is designed to do (provide instant support), it fails to do for itself.
Two tacos because I think it has lots of potential.

Higher costs than benefits
The user interface and user experience are excellent, with a lot of thought put into the product. However, the final cost-benefit analysis fell short for me. The founder’s insistence on not offering white labelling, even with the highest tier skewed this analysis in favour of higher costs.
Another issue, which I’m unsure is specific to the product or the RAG technology, was the excessive number of tokens sent as input to the LLM, which significantly increased costs for even a single input/output combination. May be RAG uses that many input tokens or perhaps this software is not efficient enough w.r.t. optimising the input tokens. I compared this with using Dialogflow, which is at least ten times cheaper than this. I understand that use cases may differ between the two, but for my specific use case, both products serve the purpose. Therefore, if I had no other options, I would opt for this even with the high input token count and monthly ten dollars for white labelling. However, in the AI landscape, there are hardly any shortages of options.
There were also minor issues, such as one of my bots suddenly stopping working. Whenever I opened it, it prompted me to choose between four LLM options, but clicking on the options did nothing. I reported this to support, but I haven’t received a reply after a significant amount of time.
Despite these issues, I must say that the UI/UX is one of the best I’ve ever seen for a chatbot, and some of the functionalities are unique and well-developed. But ultimately, the decision to purchase depends on the overall value the product provides, and for me, the reasons outlined above make it an unsatisfactory choice.

From Issues to Improvements – Excited About the Progress
I’d like to update my earlier feedback. The team has already resolved the CNAME issue (it turned out to be a wrong policy in my DNS settings) and also fixed the Facebook Messenger integration, which had been affected by Arabic characters.
They are now actively working on optimizing the high API calls, and I’ve been told this should be fully resolved today or tomorrow. I truly expect great progress here.
Overall, I’m happy to depend on this platform for a very critical part of my business: customer support. Handling a high volume of messages perfectly is something no human team could sustain, and I can already see the value this app brings.

We bought 3 codes and generally I'm very happy with it so far.
What it needs to be complete is:
- A way of telling WHEN a chatbot interaction happened. Currently the archive just lists things chronologically with no way of telling how recent an interaction occured.
- Needs some way to filter the chatbot interaction archive by date range or keyword.
