Exactly What I Wanted - So Much More Than I Expected
I have done a lot of research looking for a chatbot that would give me the functionality of a Custom GPT but also offer me the ability to observe my customers' questions and review my bots answers, secure my instructions and knowledge docs, allow for pop-up functionality, etc.
I was afraid that I was going to have to choose between enjoying the smooth, smart interaction of a "native" chatbot or the clunky functionality of a "private" chatbot. My observation was that my choices were, 1) bright and clever or, 2) dull and predictable.
Then I saw Chatbot Builder listed in an email from AppSumo. I purchased the 8-bot package and upgraded to remove the branding for $10/month. I have it connected via API to Claude.
Suddenly I found everything I wanted and more - different functionalities ranging from sales and customer service to language learning and coding. The ability to place my bot on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Most importantly is that it is bright, clever, AND functional!
I currently have bots supporting a TV Ad Agency, a business broker, a sales trainer, and a Bible study teacher! And every person who has seen every bot has had the same, single-word reaction: WOW!
