Good product. Needs a couple of enhancements
We bought 3 codes and generally I'm very happy with it so far.
What it needs to be complete is:
- A way of telling WHEN a chatbot interaction happened. Currently the archive just lists things chronologically with no way of telling how recent an interaction occured.
- Needs some way to filter the chatbot interaction archive by date range or keyword.

The great news is that our team is already in the process of building this out! An improved interaction archive with clear timestamps and a robust search/filter function is a top priority on our roadmap.
