Limited Support - Unpredictable Results

The folks at chatbot builder did end up reaching out and giving me excellent support and fixed the issue that was my concern. I still find the builder unpredictable and hard to train, especially when compared to other platforms out there. Maybe this improves over time. They do seem to be actively adding new features. But ChatBot builder support did come through and help in the end. So I will increase my rating from 2 to 3 tacos.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I have tried to make three different chat bots with ChatBotBuilder. And each one has led to utter frustration and eventual abandonment. There is always and issue. And when I try to fix one issue another one starts. It is a never ending chasing of issues. It honestly never stopped. I and I am not trying to make anything fancy. I uploaded content, gave it the sitemap. Told it not to use any source than that provided and it still gives out false information.
And trying to teach it how to link to page is next to impossible. I want links to not be URLS. And I want the links to be on separate lines. If I get it to put the right text for the link, it ends up putting it all on the same line, so I get 2-3 links all in one sentence. Half the time is just said click here and there was nothing to click.
I have had it with trying. I am just chasing my tail. This is not ready for primetime. It can't do basic FAQs. I haven't even tried anything close to advanced. And I won't. I am not using this any more. Don't recommend it to anyone.
Oh, and it is also very difficult to get in touch with customer support. They have a worthless AI bot assistant. But hide (or don't have) any way to get real person.

I want to address your specific points because, based on our investigation, it seems the bot was actually working correctly, but the configuration settings were fighting against what you wanted.
1. False Information (Hallucinations): We took this claim very seriously and immediately investigated the response you flagged using our chat support. Our findings revealed that the bot did not hallucinate. The text it provided was retrieved directly from the Cancellation Policy page on your own website. It was faithfully reciting your own content, not making things up. I have sent a separate email to your registered address with logs and screenshots showing exactly where on your site the bot found this data.
2. Link Formatting Issues: I understand how annoying it is when links appear as plain text or click here. This is common with large LLM models if they aren't given strict formatting rules. To get clean, clickable links on separate lines, the System Prompt needs a specific instruction like: "Always format links using Markdown as [Link Title](URL) and place every link on a new line." This is a solvable configuration setting, and we will be happy to assist you with implementing this. NOTE: Also, we are exploring the feasibility of displaying hyperlinks as buttons, which can be helpful especially when you would like the user to click on the button to book a tour etc.
3. Customer Support I sincerely apologize if you felt we were hiding behind our AI. Our goal is for the bot to triage common queries for speed, never to block you from a human. We clearly missed the mark on your experience here, and I will be reviewing our handoff triggers to ensure this doesn't happen to others.
