UPDATED: No Customer Support or "live"agent for ChatBot Builder :
Updated: I was able to meet with the developers to get my bot up and running... definately email them as their own bot does not ever return live person...
I LOVE THIS TOOL. Once you understand the logic and give it the info the way it was meant to me... (human language) it works amazing... my little hotel has a conceirge now that can answer 99% of questions, get availbability, rates and get them the booking link when needed... plus they can give them our WhatsApp when someone wants to talk to a HUMAN... Thank you guys for your time today! Can't wait to see how this product improves over time!!
I have been trying for 3 days to get my API for my hotel booking to work... I have used both the interneal ChatBot which promise me to be connected to a LIVE AGENT and never am... my 1st support was answered about 2 days later. I still have had any response to both my chatbot request AND reply email for help!!! The information the ChatBot returns is contriductory and althought I follow correctly and even has asked CHATGPT directly...I get soooo close to it working.... I fix one thing.. and then another breaks. I begged them to reach to me so they can troubleshoot it as its probably a small hiccup. I really want to use this as the bot itself does a great job at answering all the redundent questions we get about the resort. BUT I must have it fetch availability for certain date requests. I sync with Expedia and all the other sites are able to grab my available dates and give prices... I'd settle right now if it can just answer if there are any room for "these dates"!! As I spend so much time manually looking up info for leads.
