Customer support is boring but essential, I want to make it fun!

I am a builder and an entrepreneur. I build products that small business owners need to succeed, from accounting and customer support to sales and marketing.

One of the problems I found very difficult to ignore is customer support. At the early stage, you need to be closer to your customers than ever, but due to time zones and other activities, you might not be able to stay online 24/7. That hour when you are offline might be the time the right customer needs your attention.

I have lost opportunities by responding late, using the wrong AI that doesn't sound or feel like me, and using AI that couldn't learn my service or product.

Now that everyone is automating, I don't want something busy, clunky, or complicated. I just need something I can feed the knowledge of our product, create actions, and make it easy to automatically hand off the conversation to me via email so I can close the deal or finalize the conversation.
