1. Is tier 3 comes with whitelabel? If not how can I upgrade to it from tier 3?
2. What if I run out of the 6000 credits how much it cost to upgrade?
3. If I buy tier 3 and have a client who have heavy usage how can I upgrade to agency and if yes how?

Jun 22, 2026A: 1. Tier 3 comes with "remove ChatLab logo" which is not the same as the full whitelabel (custom domain/custom logos/custom branded user portal) that we offer in our premium package
2. You can purchase additional credits - 1000 credits/7$/month
3. Sorry, there is no option of upgrading AppSumo plans to paid plans.
